“Tydsaam” means “Time together” and also “ slowly, at ease”.

The wine presents a medley of sweet and sour plums, dark dusty cherries and soft earthy floral notes on the nose.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a mineral intensity with fresh, lively characteristics and a tannic edge, finishing with a lingering spiciness marked by red cherry skin.
